Who Can Refer?
This program is open to anyone in our network — past borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys, accountants, contractors, or anyone else who knows a real estate investor looking for financing. If you can make an introduction, we’ll take it from there.
What Qualifies?
Any referral that results in a closed loan with Mayflower Venture Partners. We lend on fix and flip projects, new construction, and cash-out refinances across New England — Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine.
How It Works
A Note for Loan Brokers
If you are a loan broker who originates and processes deals, this referral program is not your arrangement — and you already know that. We work with brokers all the time and we want to keep working with you. Your origination is always protected. We never go around our broker partners. Send us a deal and we will handle the capital while you stay involved and get paid. That is how we operate and that will never change.
